A company is looking for a Care Coordinator for remote positions in various locations. Key Responsibilities: Provide client support as needed Coordinate member implementation calls with Care Team Lead Assist patients with enrollment in the manufacturer's program and maintain patient database Required Qualifications: High School Diploma and/or GED with 2 to 3 years' related experience Proficiency with MS Office Suite Professional telephone demeanor Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Preferred: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and multilingual skills
