A company is looking for a Data Entry Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, enter, and modify data in an IP Management System Contribute to data entry updates, analytics, and special projects including audits Support patent operations by entering data from spreadsheets and updating patent portfolio databases Required Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years of advanced experience with Excel Minimum 2-3 years of high-level communications experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience with data entry and database familiarity Familiarity with Intellectual Property processes and workflows Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook, and Teams
