A company is looking for a Business Systems Consultant - Remote. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate information gathering, assess results, and provide actionable recommendations Evaluate processes, recommend improvements, and participate in test strategy development Lead change management, develop communication plans, and guide core teams in decision-making Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar roles Deep understanding of insurance products, particularly in group insurance and benefits administration Proficiency in API testing, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management practices Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet access in the United States or Puerto Rico Experience in organizing and delivering tasks/projects efficiently in a dynamic environment
