Arrow Consulting is seeking a Clinical Director for their outpatient substance use and mental health treatment program in Akron, Ohio. The program provides PHP, IOP, and OP services to adults (18+).Join the groundbreaking journey at a dynamic startup in Akron, dedicated to building and leading to help transform lives. This is your chance to architect and steer the clinical direction of our program, including PHP, IOP, and OP services. Immerse yourself in a role that blends strategic oversight with the opportunity to provide direct clinical care, ensuring the highest standards of treatment and recovery support.As the Clinical Director, you'll oversee clinical programming, staff supervision, and quality improvement plans while working closely with our Leadership team to shape administrative strategies. This position offers the unique blend of providing clinical services, fostering staff development, and driving program innovation. QUALIFICATIONS Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field. License in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance use (i.e. LCSW-S or LPC-S, LISW-S, LPPC-S, LCSW-S, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist (PsyD., PhD.) Clinical supervision certification/ licensure required ASAM and DSM experience and knowledge 5 years of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient setting.
