Our customer-service focused company has been in business for over fifty years, and we are looking for hard-working individuals to join our fast-growing team. Job Summary To provide retail service to existing customers while meeting personal and team sales goals as well as furthering the mission of Rancho Foods, Inc. Essential Functions · Place orders for customers - Scouting/ recruiting new customers · Send out price lists to customers · Answer customer questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability · Create call sheets for existing customers · Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions · Maintain customer records Job Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Ability to speak Spanish is required Minimum of two years' experience in customer service Sales Experience of at least two years Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an applicant to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
