All Triad employees are expected to be flexible, though, so this job may require occasional field work or courthouse research of deeds and land records. A wide variety of diverse responsibilities may include but not be limited to: Ensure safety is always prioritized Provide excellent customer service to our clients Work with professional staff to obtain project information, ensure drawings are accurate and complete, and verify objectives, requirements, and design approaches Review field data to ensure all applicable standards are met Assist Practice Leader in establishing and maintaining coordination between the CADD staff and project manager. Process and reduce field data for importation into CADD Work from drawings, sketches or scanned images, customer drawings, or government drawings / specifications Use the accepted drawing standards as guidelines Prepare final documents, drawings, and reports in accordance with applicable standards. Prepare cost and quantity estimates and/or design calculations, including cut/fill volume analyses and drainage computations Desired Qualifications Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in engineering, design or computer science Training and experience may be substituted in lieu of education 5 years of relevant computer drafting experience Familiarity with drafting applications involving land surveying, civil engineering, and site design Who We Are Triad Engineering, Inc.
