You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market• Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Must have a California Real Estate License Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 at plan commission About Company: Keller Williams Realty remains the #1 real estate brokerage in the country.
