To date we have acquired New York Ketamine Infusions (NYKI), the largest ketamine infusion practice in the United States with 3 NYC Metro locations and Tennessee Ketamine and Wellness Center, a renowned ketamine infusion center in Nashville, TN.Summary:Clinical Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the practice. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Supervising staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance within the guidelines, policies, mission, values and goals of the organization and is accountable and responsible for specific projects as assigned.Role and ResponsibilitiesDirect, plan and coordinate the work of the staff including supervision and evaluation, training and team buildingOrganize and attend weekly departmental meetings to maintain effective communicationEnsure adequate and qualified staff to carry out delivery of services activitiesIn consultation with the General Manager, responsible for the selection, hiring, coaching, and discipline of employeesEnsure that organization policies and procedures are up to date and accurate and that they are being followed by organization staffRoutinely assess staff members and overall organizations compliance with policies and procedures, employee orientation expectations, employee handbook codes of ethics and conductInvestigate and respond to complaints by staff, grievances related to patients and their treatment at the practice; answer patient requests, letters and correspond as neededServe as intermediary with Medical Director/APRN and pharmacy or other doctors involved in patient care as requestedOversee and assist with new employee orientation and training to ensure clarity and understanding of all organization policies, procedures and expectationsDevelop and maintain external collaborative relationships with local service providers; serve as a community liaison in order to promote the organization, goals, values and the services offered, develop presence within the community; learn about available resources available to patients within the community to create a cohesive collaborative approach to patient care and participate in community based meetings and committeesComplete performance evaluations as assignedEnsure adherence to annual budgetOrder and manage supplies as neededMonitor and manage key performance indicators and metrics as requestedEnsure that all documentation is being completed by clinicians in a timely mannerProvide clinical support as needed.Participate in the meetings and committees as requestedPerform other duties as needed or requested by the General ManagerQualifications and Education RequirementsActive nursing license in good standingBachelors Degree preferredAt least two (2) years of clinical experience requiredAt least two (2) years of management experience requiredPrevious experience with concierge medicine a plusPreferred SkillsDemonstrated leadership, program development and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComputer literacy; typing skills, knowledge of EMRs, MS Word, MS ExcelAbility to work with individuals and groups from diverse populationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively manage time to meet deadlinesRepresent the organization effectively and professionally when participating with community membersServe as a role model for other staff members to help maintain professionalism in the workplace including professional boundaries and codes of ethicsMaintain and support the mission and goals of the organizationAbility to build strong teams to meet performance goalsAbility to understand KPIs and business metricsEOE STATEMENTWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
