What will I do as an employee with Redstone? As a Nursing Assistant , supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities: Caring for residents in personal care/assisted living departments while keeping them safe and comfortable during their activities of daily living. Assists resident with bathing/showering, dressing, oral care, toileting, nutrition and hydration as per individualized care plans. What do I need for this role with Redstone? Working towards certificate upon completion of a nurse's aide certification curriculum from a community college or vocational school. High School Diploma/GED. What makes Redstone unique?
