The Landscaping/Grounds Technician is an essential member of our Facilities Team at The Point Casino & Hotel. They are responsible for maintaining the overall external appearance of the property, including the lawns and parking lot. How You'll Make an Impact: Maintain the external appearance of the property and ensure the safety of our guests - especially during the snow season by keeping the walkways clear as well as ice free. Comfortable operating and maintaining landscaping equipment (lawn mowers, sweepers, tractors, etc.). Perform grounds keeping and outside maintenance duties including watering, weeding and trash removal. Landscape by planting shrubs, bushes, trees, flowers and grass. Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides onto weeds, grounds, grass, shrubs or trees using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders. What We're Looking For: Valid Driver's License for Washington State or able to transfer within first 30 days of employment with a reliable form of transportation. High School Diploma or G.E.D. Ability to work on feet for 8+ hours and lift up to 75 pounds. Not Required, But Good To Have: Previous experience working as a landscaper at a corporate enterprise. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
