Summary: Engages in full:scope reporting and analysis to support the marketing of Gallo Spirits brands. Serves an integral part in pre:planning meetings by providing key business insights and the supporting data points to marketers allowing them to make appropriate business decisions. Essential Functions: :Conducts in depth analyses and research that focuses on areas such as sales/ marketing promotions, annual business reviews, shipments and depletions, competitor analysis, etc.:Prepares detail of work plan and schedule, completes detailed analysis and research, identifies options.:Develops and prepares reports for brand marketers and the Leadership team; recommends action or change for assigned projects.:Analyzes general market and specific business conditions trends to support current and future business decisions.:Provides recommendations to brand managers regarding Brand Programming; makes recommendations to team members as necessary.:Supports the reporting and analysis of current market trends, key data elements, and data mining during the Annual NSM, LMP, and Business Review Process.:Engages in pricing analysis; makes recommendations or adjustments.:Actively participates in monthly demand, Executive Review meetings; provides insight on field and Business Unit activities which affect business.:Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.:Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance. Minimum Qualifications: :High school diploma or State:issued equivalency certificate.:Bachelors degree plus 3 years of sales/marketing analysis, corporate financial analysis, brand marketing experience, or CPG sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Gallo experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR 7 years of sales/marketing analysis, corporate financial analysis, brand marketing experience, or CPG sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.:Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5 of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.:Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description. Preferred Qualifications: :Bachelors degree in Business Administration plus 5 years of brand marketing analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.:Preferred computer skills include: Advanced MS Excel, Word, MicroStrategy, Nielsen IRI, NABCA Diver, Python, and Outlook.:Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.:Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.:Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.:Skilled in working with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.:Skilled in applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.:Skilled in solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.:Skilled in inter
