The Team Lead will be responsible for assisting with service delivery including, but not limited to, scheduling and participating in debriefs and coaching sessions, providing individualized coaching and feedback to CAMI participants and team members, and facilitating huddles and Full Staff Meetings. The CAMI Team Lead will review work completed by the CAMI Specialists and provide real time verbal and written feedback to the individual and CAMI leadership. The Team Lead will engage in frequent communication with the Supervisor and Program Director to ensure that there is fidelity to the practice model and that all aspects of team functioning and program delivery are in line with DCS and program standards. Salary Statement:This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of 47,320. Salary for this position may be commensurate with education and job experience. A Day in the Life: The essential functions of this role are as follows: :Investigate reported incidents of child abuse, neglect, or dependency, makes determination of whether the incident is substantiated and develops recommendations to a Juvenile Court or County Director for disposition.:Assess level of risk to the child for additional injury or harm, including whether the child is in imminent danger, and may remove the child from the fami
