Purpose: The Automation Analyst is a member of the Automated Order Entry (AOE) team and is responsible for development within Order Entry platforms. This includes providing direction on business/functional requirements and unit testing. As an Automation Analyst, the incumbent will also assist in supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of DTCC data feeds, serving as a liaison between Athene and Third Parties in that space. Accountabilities: Responsible for form/rules development with Order Entry Platforms (Firelight, AnnuityNet, Affirm)Responsible for DTCC data feed requirements and ongoing supportPartner with Business System Analysts and Onboarding Analysts to support ongoing changes from product deliveries, projects and business initiativesDevelop and execute test plans internally and externallyCreate operational processes necessary for supporting the platforms long-termAssist in the research, analysis, and resolution of moderate to complex production issues related to Order Entry processes or DTCC feedsDevelop communication appropriate for various levels within Insurance Operations who may be impacted by these effortsWorks independently with minimal directionActs as a liaison between business stakeholders, legal and compliance Qualifications and Experience: 3+ years of professional/technical work experience required.Strong understanding of Annuity products and operational processFamiliarity with Order Entry platforms including Firelight, AnnuityNet, and/or Affirm strongly preferredPrevious experience with data feed development and support preferredResults oriented, self-motivated individual who takes ownership over assignmentsStrong problem solving, communication, and conflict management skillsDrive.
