The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, possess expertise in body mechanics, personal training, sports coaching, group fitness, physical education, and program design.Responsibilities:- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' goals and abilities- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to prevent injuries- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals- Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans accordingly- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to enhance overall well-being- Lead group fitness classes when neededRequirements:- Certification in personal training **3+ years EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Experience in sports coaching or physical education A PLUS- Ability to design effective fitness programs tailored to individual needs- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals- Sales experience or willingness to learn fitness sales techniquesJoining our team as a Personal Trainer offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' lives while advancing your career in the fitness industry.
