This is a paid internship. To participate in our internship program, interns must commit to working a minimum of 20 hours per week, not to exceed 30 hours per week.The Interns works closely with DSPolitical staff members and provides support to the Department they are assigned. Specific duties may include the following: Attend company functions and networking events. Perform research at a supervisor's request. Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors for their assigned department. Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents. Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks Essential Attributes & Experience Solution-Oriented Focus Discretion and confidentiality Excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Positive Personality Excellent Computer skills, including Microsoft and Google Suites Strong written and verbal communication skills Currently pursuing a degree in a related field DSPolitical is proud to offer: Paid Internship program at a rate of $17.50 per hour Commuter Benefits Professional development opportunities Rewards & recognition programs Office Hours: This position is remote friendly. We will be working on a hybrid basis with many team members working entirely from home. Work hours are consistently 9:00 A.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary.
