Duties:Manage a felony calendar of court-appointed cases from arraignment through jury trial.Conduct settlement negotiations, contested motions, preliminary hearings, and writs.Develop and represent private practice criminal cases in Placer County and surrounding counties.Provide advocacy and criminal litigation expertise.Conduct legal research and writing. Requirements:Membership in the California State Bar. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Skills:Substantial advocacy and criminal litigation experience.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Adaptability to new technology.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
