The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent degree/background. Strong writing and communication skills are essential for this role. Experience in semiconductor, circuit, medical imaging, and/or USPTO matters is a plus. Duties:Conduct patent prosecution, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications.Conduct prior art searches and provide patentability and infringement opinions.Communicate with clients to understand their inventions and develop patent strategies.Prepare and file responses to office actions from the USPTO.Conduct interviews with patent examiners to advance patent applications.Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and colleagues to understand technical aspects of inventions.Provide legal advice and counsel on patent-related matters to clients.Assist with patent litigation matters as needed. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice before the USPTO.3+ years of experience in patent prosecution.Strong writing and communication skills.Experience in semiconductor, circuit, medical imaging, and/or USPTO matters is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Education:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
