Great news! We're hiring… Accounts Payable Assistant (Expenses) We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team in London. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of expenses, supporting the wider financial team. What will you be doing? You’ll accurately post expense invoices to our financial system. You’ll be responsible for the management of on time supplier payments. You’re responsible for supplier reconciliation and account maintenance. You’re excellent at building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and suppliers. You will manage the Accounts Payable Inbox on a rotation basis. You’ll make sure to get Head of Department approval for all invoice processing. You’ll accurately manage staff expense processing and payment. What you’ll bring… The good stuff… To be successful, you’ll have 2-3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role. You’ll have experience managing expenses. Have intermediate Microsoft Excel experience utilising Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The great stuff… You’re a motivated individual, able to work independently and as part of a team. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
