Overview: BBF Technologies is a leading semiconductor equipment and industrial process equipment manufacturer located in Wilsonville, OR. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients and ultimately driving sales growth. Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify potential customers through various means such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Collaborate with other team members, such as marketing and customer support, to provide comprehensive solutions to customers. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and build rapport with customers. Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Persuasion and negotiation skills to influence customers' buying decisions and close sales. Problem-solving ability to address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively. Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously. Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and overcome obstacles in the sales process. Product knowledge to understand the features, specifications, and benefits of the products or services being sold. Adaptability to navigate changing market conditions and customer preferences. Overall, being a successful sales representative requires a combination of interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and persistence to effectively meet customers' needs and achieve sales targets. Education and Experience: At least five years of related experience required. Preferred background or experience in plastics and/or plumbing. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to travel.
