(URGENT)Position: RV TECHNICIANJob openings are available at the following branch locations of Kaizen Collision Center across various states. ?1900 North Moonrise Drive, Camp Verde, AZ 86322 We are looking for a self-motivated individual. A Body/Paint Technician with previous RV body experience and ability to make repairs to damaged body panels of RV, including replacement, repair, fabrication, and painting of body panels, and occasional replacement of windows and windshields. Qualified candidates should be able to perform repairs on a variety of materials including, fiberglass, aluminum, steel, and composites. Candidates should also be proficient at spraying both single-stage and base/clear paint systems. Executes work orders while diagnosing and repairing recreational vehicle equipment and structures while determining the best product for repair.Keeps track of parts and materials used in repair or replacement activities.Keeps supervisor apprised of work progress and ensures that the final work. product is inspected by a supervisor or designee.Performs related troubleshooting tasks based on skill level.Remove vehicle trim to gain access to the vehicle bodyCan properly fill depressions with body filler and ensure a quality repairAble to remove damaged parts using power tools and a cutting torchBolt or weld replacement parts in position using power tools and welding equipmentFile, grind, and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand toolsReplace bolts on panels and align them properlyMake cosmetic repairsPerform other duties as assigned by managementUse special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections to original specificationsAble to develop appropriate and efficient methods for each job QualificationsPREVIOUS EXPERIENCE in custom vehicle painting / automotive painting / RV painting or Metal/Body WorkAbility to prep, refinish, and color matchMust have experience in base coat clear coat applicationsMust have experience with fades, pearls, and stripesFinish major painting repairsComplete work in a high-quality mannerAdditional Skill Sets:Fiberglass Repair and FinishingMetal ReplacementRV Collision Repair If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about RV repair, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
