Blow Moulding Shift Supervisor Irlam4 on 4 off7am-7pm / 7pm-7am£38,000-£40,000 My Client who is a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking an experienced Lead Blow Moulding Technician to join their team due to continued growth and development. Blow Moulding Shift Supervisor Requirements: Experienced operating blow moulding machinery Ability to change moulds/colours Able to perform basic first line maintenance Experienced managing the production plan Experienced coordinating operators work loads and ensuring machinery is utilised efficiently Lead Blow Moulding Technician Duties: Ensure all Safety rules and procedures are adhered to o Raise near misses. Follow operating, health and safety and quality procedures and instructions. Ensure that the standards required to fulfil the legal, BRCGS and ISO requirements are met. Lead Team meeting at the start of each shift to discuss previous and next 24 hours production, labour distribution, and break cover and any other business. Manage the team effectively, prioritising work load to meet production requirements. Working in line with the production schedule, ensuring that product is produced to the correct specification and in line with customer requirements. Good eye for detail, able to work under pressure with multiple machines running at one time and maintain high quality of product at all times. Detect quality concerns on products as they are produced, quarantine and report the concern immediately to the Production Manager or Quality Controller. Assist the Quality Controller in their activities as directed by the Production Manager Complete appropriate paperwork and production records accurately and in full. Ensure vigilance to any breakdowns and malfunctions, reporting them immediately to the Production Manager or Engineer. Recommend machine or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety. Provide assistance to other operators where necessary. Responsible for. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
