Our Revere Lifestyle Coordinator (Memory Care Activity Coordinator) Assists the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing, creating, initiating, facilitating and coordinating a wide variety of activities for our residents. Engage residents one-on-one and in small and large group settings Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and special events Supporting the coordination of the Revere monthly calendar and newsletter. Leads assigned activities. Communicate with families on resident participation utilizing Caremerge portal. Assist Resident Lifestyle Director and Memory Care Director as necessary. Contribute to team training and collaboration on resident engagement. If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: Positive team player attitude and love working with people! High School Diploma or Equivalent. Practice in making group reservations, checking venue layout, and activities in general. Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently and follow scheduled plans. Maintain composure in stressful situations. Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience a plus!
