Must possess and maintain a valid Utah Commercial Driver's License, Class B with a tanker endorsement or ability to obtain within six (6) months. This position will be subject to the random drug testing policy and periodic driver's license verifications. Must possess a home telephone for emergency and standby call-outs. Must live within 20 miles of the Midvale Public Works Facility. ATSSA Flagger Certification First Aid/CPR Training Confined Space Training Trench Shoring Training Snow Plow Training (Required within 12 months) WATER OPERATOR II Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; plus two (2) years' experience as a Water Operator performing similar duties, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One year as Operator I or equivalent experience. Special Qualifications: Must possess Grade II Operator Certification in Water Distribution Must possess Class II Backflow Technician Certification Must possess and maintain a valid Utah Commercial Driver's License, Class B with a tanker endorsement. This position will be subject to the random drug testing policy and periodic driver's license verifications. Must possess a home telephone for emergency and standby call-outs.
