ABOUT THE ROLE As Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Insights, you will play a key role in developing and defining our long and short-term marketing strategy. With a focus on mining insights, consumer research and marketing effectiveness, you will extract key learnings and weave data into clear strategic recommendations that help Sephora Canada achieve business and marketing objectives. In partnership with campaign leads, media teams, and internal and external insights partners, you will review insights holistically to identify project, departmental and organizational opportunities. You will represent Canada in North American Marketing Consumer & Effectiveness workstreams, lead local research and support Marketing teams in measurement and reporting Support with the development and management of the annual marketing calendar. Develop an initial annual strategy with Marketing leads and partner with Marketing Operations and Corporate Strategy to ensure key stage gates are met. Drive marketing strategy recommendations through analysis of consumer, market, and brand insights. Support the development of a holistic Brand Strategy to guide future Top-of-Funnel work in Canada. Partner with project leads to hindsight creative and media learnings by campaign, optimizing strategy, in-market execution, and summarizing key learnings for future campaigns.
