Store Manager St Albans, AL1 3YJ : full driving licence desirable Salary: Up to A GBP 35k depending on experience plus bonus + benefits (Pension, Extra holidays for birthday after qualifying period and staff discount) Permanent, Full Time : opening hours 9am : 5.30pm Terzetto Stone and Porcelain are a leading retailer of high: quality stone and porcelain tiles from around the world. We supply both retail and trade customers throughout the UK and currently have five showrooms in Yorkshire, Cheshire, St Albans, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire. We are looking to recruit an experienced Store Manager for our St Albans showroom to join our team. This is a key role in the business, fronting up our new flagship store. Are you: Eager to learn, highly motivated and ambitious with the capability to become a key member of our sales team? Confident and charismatic to achieve sales through face: to: face contact in our showrooms or through phone and other contacts? You will be recognised for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving the right outcome for the customer and Terzetto Stone and Porcelain. You will learn and develop a wide range of product knowledge to help customers choose the right look for their home. An eye for interior design is also very useful here. You will also calculate quantities and specify requirements, produce quotes and process orders. We value professionalism, excellence and passion together with a desire to continuously improve and develop the business direction. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our great team. We offer: a competitive salary, bonus scheme, full training, company pension scheme, and an employee discount. Your base will be in our St Albans showroom but flexibility is needed as there may be occasional travel to other showrooms. Full UK driving licence desirable.
