Job Description: Assist with equipment preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements: Kitchen HVAC Laundry Grounds maintenance equipment Perform miscellaneous maintenance tasks as directed by the Director of Maintenance including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, basic mechanical Inspect equipment and systems for proper function and safety Run errands, handle incoming and outgoing freight, lift/move heavy furniture and equipment Possess excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards residents and other staff members Benefits: Complete medical/dental/vision insurance benefits Employer-matching 401k retirement program Up to 16 days' paid time off per year Company paid Life Insurance Requirements: Reliable, regular attendance Use reasoning skills and good judgment Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department Must perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights, safety, and sanitation
