Position The Premium Audit department has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate the WCF values to join their team as an Associate Premium Auditor . This is a full-time, exempt position and is based from a home office after training. Audits are generally conducted along the Wasatch Front. This position is open to internal and external candidates. Responsibilities The Associate Premium Auditor conducts audits of policyholders' accounting records to determine actual exposure and final premium in accordance with the terms detailed in policyholder contracts. The person in this position performs both on-site and remote audits on smaller and less complex accounts. The Associate Premium Auditor prepares detailed audit reports and effectively communicates audit findings including changes in payroll, premium, and classification codes. The person in this position utilizes software applications and manages workflow to ensure that production, quality, and timeliness standards are met. The Associate Premium Auditor works closely with underwriting and marketing team members through all phases of the policy life cycle. Qualifications The most qualified applicants will have: Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or finance, or 3 years of premium audit experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to productively work independently and remotely. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to collaborate. An internal candidate should have six months in their current position, have acceptable job performance, and must notify their current supervisor that they have applied for the position.
