PURPOSE As a Bilingual Communications Specialist, you will proactively build and protect NNCI's reputation by creating company and product preference and engage employees to create and sustain a high-performance organization. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Works with the Director and Communications Managers to implement communications strategies for our product and corporate brand, including a combination of media activities. Maintains an editorial calendar, regularly liaising with our internal business partners, graphic designers, and consultants to ensure relevant and timely information is shared. Maintains media lists and coordinates media opportunities. Coordinates and develops updated content for our external website, including patient stories, company announcements and articles highlighting community involvement. Prepares social media toolkits and other digital content. Examines data to make informed decisions on the type of content to produce and share. Engages and excites our people around our company priorities and progress by supporting functional events such as Town Halls and coordinating internal engagement programs. Internal communications responsibilities include integrating digital best practices. Drives external communications via digital platforms (social media, external website, media releases, other communications channels). Creates a variety of content including written and visual creative (graphics, images, photos, and videos) across multiple channels.
