Business Development Manager - Partnership Channel Overview. Our client is looking to grow their highly successful business and are recruiting for a Business Development Manager in the b2b Energy sector. This role is a critical part of the business, focused on the commercial energy market, with a primary emphasis on procurement and renewable energy opportunities. This role will play a vital part in expanding the company's partnership channel and contributing to the company's growth. Package - Benefits. Salary - £25,000 - £50,000 depending on experience - Car Allowance - Location: Nationwide - Full-time position Total of 28 days holiday with all bank holidays off, never work evenings or weekends On-Site Parking The opportunity to study for registered qualifications Discounted corporate gym membership at David Lloyd Clubs (Luxury gym, swim, and racquet club) In house training team Birthday off paid Wellbeing team About You. While experience in a business-to-business (B2B) background is preferred, it is not essential. Prior experience in the commercial energy sector is a plus, but not mandatory. Professional and ethical conduct in all interactions. Strong work ethic and a drive to be part of a growing team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A keen interest in the commercial energy market and renewable energy opportunities. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry. The Role. Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with businesses across a range of sectors. Collaborate with partners to explore procurement and renewable energy opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners. Negotiate and close partnership agreements that align with the company's goals.
